We mentioned in this post that, having signed up with eFax, we’d sent them an email on 13 Mar, 2017, asking for some help in using their service. On 28 Mar, 2017, we got this response.
SO!!! After 15 days, we’re provided with a telephone number, clearly not an Australian telephone number!!! which we can use to get telephone support!!!
In any case, to us, telephone support, is not support.
