When we had problems with one of their printers recently, we found the support from Brother really good (email address –,) – much much better than the support from Canon, (email address –,) when we recently had problems with one of their scanners.

It looks as though we’ll need a new scanner – you may be sure that we’ll be looking to see if there are Brother scanners rather than Canon scanners this time.

In these days, when modern technology makes superb support possible, it seems like madness to us to buy products from organisations who can’t be bothered providing support which at best is mediocre.

To us, business is becoming less and less about competing on price and more and more about competing on support.
