Vodafone Australia – dealing with 8

Just a quick post to say that our experience with Vodafone over the last 6 weeks or so, after a rough patch for a couple of weeks before that, has been quite satisfactory, and, in a sense, we could recommend them.

In saying this, we don’t have the time to write this up properly, and we only really know about Vodafone, Telstra and iiNet – and, of course, haven’t experienced how they go with connecting people to the NBN, with which many organisations seem to have problem.

At least they have an ordinary email address – support@vodafone.com.au – and we’ve found that mostly, when you use it to seek help, things work out quite well.
