We don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that it would make such a difference to our lives if we knew of 4 or 5 people we could email whenever we had a technology problem and/or question and get the best available help in the whole wide world. Our aim is to find such people for the benefit of ourselves and our readers – it’s technically possible, these days these 4 or 5 people can be anywhere in the whole wide world, it just has to be done.
(Of course, this is just as much so, if not more so, for areas of our lives other than technology – particularly those to do with our health.)
